Danielle Lloyd has shared distressing news with her fans, revealing that she has been diagnosed with skin cancer.
The 41-year-old model and former Miss Great Britain took to her Instagram Stories on Friday, February 14, to open up about her health battle.
Known for her candidness regarding personal struggles, the mother of five used her platform to raise awareness and urge people to monitor their health.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star spoke emotionally in a video, struggling to find the right words to share her diagnosis.
“I don’t really know how to say this, and I wasn’t sure whether to come on here, but I feel like it’s important to raise awareness.
Today, I was diagnosed with a form of skin cancer,” she revealed in the heartfelt clip.
Overcome with emotion, Danielle encouraged her followers to take any unusual marks or changes in their skin seriously. “Anyone who thinks they’ve got something strange on their body—please see your doctor. You just never know,” she warned, her voice shaking as she tried to hold back tears.
Undergoing Further Tests and Surgery
Danielle expressed gratitude towards her medical team for their care and support, explaining that she now faces surgery to assess the severity of the condition. “I have to have an operation to determine whether it has spread,” she said, acknowledging the uncertainty that lies ahead.
The model also took the opportunity to stress the importance of skin protection, advising her followers to be cautious about sun exposure. “Look after your skin, stay away from sunbeds, and always wear SPF 50. You just never know what’s going to happen,” she urged.
A Loving Mother of Five

She shares two children, Ronnie, six, and Autumn Rose, two, with her husband, Michael O’Neill.
