JENNIFER Lopez clearly believes it’s best to front up as she steps out to promote her new film Unstoppable — while her ex-husband Ben Affleck gives it a wide berth.
The actress dazzled in a glittery, low-cut dress but Ben, who co-produced the film, is staying away from red carpet events to avoid any awkward confrontations.
J-Lo, 55, filed for divorce from Ben, 52, in August just two years after they married.
Since the news was made public, they have not been seen together.
And she did not mention Ben when she took questions from a director’s chair at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.
J-Lo, who later changed into a pair of cream shorts with a matching blazer for the bash, spent time with co-star Jharrel Jerome, who plays former wrestler Anthony Robles in the biopic about his life.
J-Lo was also front and centre at the Toronto Film Festival last month when Unstoppable had its premiere.
Ben chose to stay away from the event.
His close pal and co- director, Matt Damon, attended instead.
Matt was photographed talking to J-Lo at the premiere after-party.
Onlookers said the pair held hands and spoke for about 20 minutes, adding: “Jen and Matt had a long, deep conversation.”
Hollywood actor Matt, 54, was a guest at J-Lo and Ben’s second wedding ceremony in Georgia in 2022.
She cited April 26 as the date her marriage to Ben ended.
The couple did not have a prenuptial agreement when they wed and have been locked in negotiations with top divorce lawyer Laura Wasser.
Unstoppable is not the only film J-Lo and Ben worked on before they split.
She stars in Kiss Of The Spider Woman, which he also co-produced.
